All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order, and must be returned in the original packaging with all LOVE ALICE garment tags attached.
We are unable to provide shipping labels for returns, so postage costs must be covered by the buyer. We recommend using a signed and tracked delivery option — all returned items remain the buyer’s responsibility until received at the LOVE ALICE warehouse, and any items lost in transit will not be refunded. Please provide us with tracking information and proof of postage as soon as possible so that we can track the progress of your return.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the LOVE ALICE Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 28 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.
If you choose to return your order, please note that it remains your property until it is successfully received at the LOVE ALICE warehouse, and please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item.
Although our services are currently running normally, please note that due to coronavirus your returns may be delayed in getting back to us and therefore a delay in process may occur. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm that your return has been processed.

LOVE ALICE is unable to provide Free Returns for International orders and therefore the cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. It is advisable, for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.
Please mark return packages ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK.
Important Note: It is very important that you mark your return with the value of £0.00. If you do not mark your return in this way then LOVE ALICE will be charged customs duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will then be deducted from your refund amount.
